One of our company drivers had a coolant leak on the road, and Cooper Truck & Trailer Repair provided outstanding roadside service. They responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and repaired the leak efficiently to get our driver back on the road. Pricing was fair, especially for roadside assistance. We truly appreciate the service we received and would definitely recommend them to other trucking companies and drivers.

I had an amazing experience with this company! They did an excellent job fixing my truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done right.

I was on my way to Statesville, NC when my truck started heating up. I stopped at the Pilot in Augusta and called out to Mr. Cooper. He was on a service call at the moment but as soon as he was done, he was out to check on my truck. Found out it was the thermostat that had gone bad. He himself went to pick up the part and then came back to finish the job. He went above and beyond to help me out, to make sure everything on my truck was running good and he got me back on the road. He even called me the next day just to make sure that everything was good with my truck. He is not only knowledgeable, but so professional and goes above and beyond. He even checked other parts of my truck and recommended things that I needed to get done in the future for preventative maintenance. I would definitely recommend him and if I could, I’d give him 10 stars!!!

Cooper truck and trailer repair is top notch! I had a truck emergency and was stranded on the shoulder of the interstate and I couldn’t get any of the mechanics I knew of nor anyone of the shops that they recommended to me. I found Mr. Cooper online and gave him a call. He answered the phone, stopped what he was working on and came to assist me immediately. Not only did he diagnose the problem and fixed it he also explained it to me step by step while he made the repairs. After he got me going he trailed me to the truck stop to make sure everything remained in order and he also followed up with me checking to see if the truck was still operating properly. I recommend Cooper truck and trailer repair for your mechanical needs. Give him a call, he is incredibly professional.
